NDT Automation designs and produces a wide range of standard
ultrasonic immersion, gantry and custom designed testing systems. These
ULTRAPAC systems range from small-sized immersion tanks designed primarily
for ultrasonic transducer cha racterization
and testing – to fully automatic, robotic work cells employing ultrasonic
immersion technology for automated testing in a high-volume production environment
and other unique customer-specific applications.
In addition to our innovative custom
scanning, gantry and inspection solutions, we provide 3 major lines of
ULTRAPACTM immersion systems.
- Table-top systems primarily designed for small labs, universities
and transducer characterization applications.
- Standard-duty
systems are ultrasonic immersion systems that are mid-range in speed,
but still rugged and rigid enough for many industrial and laboratory
development environments where high-speed testing or production floor
survival are not primary issues.
- Heavy-duty,
high-speed immersion systems are designed for intense production
environments where exceptionally rapid inspection speed coupled with
extreme durability and stability are required.
