To better focus on customers and their needs, NDT Automation
produces all of the critical components that make up our ultrasonic, eddy
current and resistivity based inspection systems. From ultrasonic and
motion control PC boards, data acquisition and analysis software, to key
mechanical and electronic components of our ultrasonic (UT) immersion
and other ultrasonic scanning systems, in-house.
By doing so, we are uniquely capable of providing cost-effective solutions
to a wide range of ultrasonic and other nondestructive testing applications.
Offering a single vendor total solution for many NDT inspection
needs, the company complements its Ultrasonic (UT) family of inspection
systems with Eddy Current and Resistivity-based products. In addition
to our standard product lines, we provide a variety of innovative custom
automation solutions and UT inspection products. These include UT gantry
systems, portable automated ultrasonic systems for plate, tube and pipe
inspection, robotic/automatic NDT inspection work cells for in-production
(in-line) inspection and quality assurance.
With this extensive product line, we are able to quickly
extend standard and custom designs to address unique or difficult application
requirements by using a modular design approach to developing our inspection
systems.
We also offer OEM component-level solutions (ultrasonic
and motion control boards and ultrasonic
software) to other NDT and UT systems integrators.
Our own product lines blend the necessary engineering, design
and in-house production capabilities that result in products and systems
ranging from small, hand-held data acquisition devices (Pocket
UT and AU)
through large, complex, fully automated (robotic) NDT
Inspection work cells.
